    I’m also looking forward to following the upcoming series. As I’m in the earliest stages of starting a fund, I think it would be worthwhile to set things up properly, from the start, rather than “going back, afterward”.

  4. Besides the topic being very timely, I do appreciate the fact the articles will be written as a guide and not a check-list process that only pertains to bulge-bracket firms. Depending on where allocations originate, adhere to operational risk can be the deciding factor for receiving funds vs. being passed over. But no matter the size or maturity of the fund’s operation, attention to operational risk should be a daily and mandatory practice. I look forward to seeing the series.
